Return Method

If the item you purchased is not suitable for some reason, then you will be able to return the product within 14 days, and you will receive 100% money back (including shipping costs).

Purchased goods can not be returned if the ordered product is made taking into account the customer’s personal needs or the conditions specified by the contracting authority.

To return the product, please fill in the claim form in below or send us information by e-mail: webshop@skano.com describing the faulty or damaged product (order number, date of delivery, product code, description of the problem as precisely as possible) and photos (broken and/ or damaged product and/ or packaging)

We will send information to the manufacturer and the manufacturer decides, whether this is a warranty case. We will notify you of the manufacturer’s decision as soon as we receive their response.

The production warranty does not extend to depreciation of the product.

If the product is returned due to poor quality, we will either replace it with a new one or refund it.

We will refund the returned product to the Customer’s account within 14 days from the date on which the claim form has been sent and Skano has accepted the claim.

The product guarantee certificate is an invoice sent to you by e-mail.

The furniture must be packed in original packaging (you can open the packaging carefully by cutting through the packaging tapes).

The product is not subject to return if damaged by the customer.

The seller will cover the cost of returning the product.

Complaints procedure

The Seller is liable for the non-conformity or defects of goods sold to the Buyer provided that such irregularities occur within two years of delivering the goods to the Buyer.

The Seller cannot be held liable for damage to the products if the products have been: (a) used for purposes other than the intended purpose; (b) maintained not in line with the maintenance instructions for furniture; (c) installed by the Buyer in conflict with the assembly instructions supplied with the product; (d) repaired by the Buyer or third parties; or (e) supplemented with elements outside the original configuration.

The Seller cannot be held liable for changes in colour attributable to natural wear or design of the product or the characteristic texture of materials it is made of. As products or their elements are made of natural materials, changes in colour might occur over time – primarily due to the bleaching effect of light. Further, the Seller cannot be held liable with regard to fragile materials (glass, synthetic materials, etc.).

If the product is found to be non-conforming or defective, the Buyer must inform the Seller thereof by filing a written complaint within a reasonable time of learning of such irregularity.

The Seller will provide a written response to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the customer’s complaint.

The Buyer and the Seller aim to settle any disputes by way of negotiations.

If the Buyer refuses the settlement offered by the Seller and finds that his rights have been violated, he may refer the matter to an extra-judicial dispute settlement panel which is the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection Board (Pronksi tn 12, Tallinn 1117, phone: 6201707, info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee).
